Three things I believe...


I believe in practicing gratitude and expressing joy daily. It's vital for me to take a few moments every evening to reflect on the day's moments, both big and small, and allow myself to feel joy over both the good things and the not-so-good things. I am thankful for it all because I can learn deeper gratitude from the not-so-good things. It's easy to feel grateful for the good stuff, but takes work to find it in everything. This is how we grow, and growth leads to greatness.

I believe in authenticity in ourselves and everything we do. I value authenticity and surround myself with a circle of like-minded, REAL people who are doing and being their REAL, beautiful, authentic selves. You do you, babe!

I'M A PERSONAL TRAINER & Group Fitness Instructor

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. I specialize in coaching clients in weight loss, nutrition, and lifestyle change. I also instruct yoga, indoor cycling, HIIT, and aquatics classes.


I am an experienced public speaker, and frequently teach wellness and fitness education classes for worksites, clubs, and various community groups in a variety of settings - classrooms, in the work place, and outdoors.


My clients' successful fitness & wellness events begin with meticulous planning and dynamic marketing, and with organized execution and followup, result in successful team-building  and educational experiences.
