Three things I believe...
I believe in practicing gratitude and expressing joy daily. It's vital for me to take a few moments every evening to reflect on the day's moments, both big and small, and allow myself to feel joy over both the good things and the not-so-good things. I am thankful for it all because I can learn deeper gratitude from the not-so-good things. It's easy to feel grateful for the good stuff, but takes work to find it in everything. This is how we grow, and growth leads to greatness.
I believe in authenticity in ourselves and everything we do. I value authenticity and surround myself with a circle of like-minded, REAL people who are doing and being their REAL, beautiful, authentic selves. You do you, babe!
